it is how we eat, rest, recover, decide, and repeatedly support what we want.

Taking action is how we begin to embody the version of ourselves who can hold what we desire.

It helps us strengthen new beliefs because action gives us new evidence.

You can tell yourself that you are capable, confident, healthy, supported, or ready. But when your choices begin to reflect those beliefs, they become more than ideas.

They begin to become part of how you live.

Action is not the only part of change, and it is not always easy. But it is one of the clearest ways to support a new belief and show yourself:

I am serious about what I want.
I am willing to support it.
I can begin becoming the person who lives this way.

What professional athletes can teach us about action

Think about professional athletes.

At the highest level, they may have access to exceptional medical teams, psychologists, coaches, nutritionists, equipment, facilities, and financial resources.

Almost everything they need to support their success may be available to them.

But access alone does not make them successful.

They still need to take the actions required to perform at that level.

They train.

They recover.

They sleep.

They make decisions about what to eat, when to eat, how to prepare, and how to support their bodies through pressure, travel, injuries, and competition.

The resources matter, but the daily actions are what turn those resources into performance.

Why food becomes part of the commitment

A professional athlete does not follow a specific diet simply because healthy food is considered good.

Food becomes part of the action required to support the result.

The purpose is to give the body enough energy for training and competition, support recovery, maintain health, and help the athlete remain focused and prepared.

It can also be an act of care.

If you are asking your body to perform under enormous pressure, it makes sense to support it with the best care available to you.

That does not mean there is one perfect diet for everyone.

The same breakfast, carbohydrate intake, food combination, or meal timing will not suit every person. What works depends on the athlete, the sport, training intensity, competition schedule, digestion, health, preferences, and many other variables.

Even something that appears universally healthy, such as avocado on sourdough, fruit, salad, rice, or fish, may need to be considered within the person’s complete diet and daily demands.

The important question is not:

What is the perfect food?

It is:

What does this person need in order to be nourished, focused, strong, and able to recover?

Why Norway brought familiar food to the World Cup

A recent example came from Norway’s national football team at the 2026 World Cup.

The team brought approximately 580 kilograms of familiar Norwegian food to its base in the United States, including salmon, trout, halibut, and cheese.

It was not because the United States did not have good food.

The team’s chef explained that familiar foods helped provide consistency, continuity, and a sense of home during a demanding competition.

This detail is important.

The athletes were already under pressure. The team did not want to add unnecessary disruption around something as fundamental as eating.

The action was not only about nutrients.

It was also about creating an environment in which the players could feel familiar, supported, and ready to perform.

Sometimes the right action is not dramatic.

Sometimes it is removing one unnecessary source of stress.

Individual support matters more than universal rules

There are many variables in sports nutrition.

The type of food matters, but so can:

The quantity

Timing

Preparation

Combination with other foods

Training schedule

Recovery needs

Digestion

Travel

Sleep

Hydration

Personal preferences

This is also why it would be misleading to say that elite athletes simply avoid carbohydrates.

Football players often need carbohydrates to fuel demanding training and matches. The amount and timing may change depending on the athlete’s workload and schedule.

The lesson is not that everyone should copy the exact diet of a professional athlete.

The lesson is that actions should be chosen according to the result, the individual, and the reality of their life.

Sleep is also an action

The same principle applies to sleep.

High-quality sleep is not only something that happens when the day is over.

Protecting your sleep is an action.

It may mean deciding when to stop working, changing your evening routine, making your room more supportive, reducing stimulation, asking for help, or accepting that rest is part of the work rather than a reward after it.

This matters whether you want to become a better athlete, feel more confident in your body, improve your health, think more clearly, or build a business.

You cannot continually demand more from your body while refusing to support its recovery.

Rest can be an act of self-love, but it is also practical preparation for what you are asking yourself to do.

My experience with hyperthyroidism

When I experienced hyperthyroidism, my TSH level became so low that it was below the laboratory’s detection range.

Changing my diet was one of the supportive actions I took during that period, alongside appropriate medical care and monitoring.

I noticed improvement within approximately one month.

I do not present my personal experience as proof that diet alone cures hyperthyroidism. Different causes require different medical treatment, and anyone experiencing thyroid symptoms should work with an appropriate healthcare professional.

But the experience showed me something important:

I could not only think about healing.

I needed to make choices that supported my body while it was under stress.

The right action is not always more effort

If you want to become the best you can be in your field, there may be specific actions required to support that desire.

But the answer is not always to work harder.

Sometimes the right action is:

Improving your environment

Changing teams

Asking for expert support

Learning a missing skill

Sleeping more

Eating differently

Leaving an opportunity that no longer fits

Choosing the right moment

Allowing yourself to recover

Making a decision you have been postponing

A footballer does not reach the World Cup through diet, talent, or hard work alone.

Their path also depends on decisions: which environment supports them, which team they join, which coaches they trust, how they respond to setbacks, and which opportunities they accept.

Effort matters.

But direction matters too.

Where intuition becomes useful

This is where intuition can become valuable.

Not as a replacement for evidence, expertise, planning, or practical information.

Intuition can help us notice:

What feels aligned

What repeatedly drains us

Which opportunity deserves closer attention

When something looks right but does not feel right

When resistance comes from fear

When resistance is warning us that something genuinely does not fit

I think of useful intuition as something that can be trained and tested.

You listen to the signal, but you also look at the evidence.

You notice what you feel, but you also observe the result.

You allow your inner knowing to participate in the decision without asking it to replace reality.

Intuition is available to everyone, but discernment improves through practice.

Choose actions that support the result

Ask yourself:

What do I say I want?

Then look honestly at your current actions.

Do they support that desire?

If you want greater financial security, are you willing to look at your finances, learn, ask questions, and make decisions?

If you want greater confidence in your body, are you caring for it, dressing in a way that feels like you, moving it, resting it, and allowing it to be seen?

If you want a healthier relationship, are you communicating clearly, maintaining boundaries, receiving support, and choosing people who can meet you?

If you want to strengthen your intuition, are you creating enough quiet to hear it—and checking what happens when you follow it?

The action does not need to be extreme.

It needs to move in the same direction as the belief.

A practical action check

Choose one desire and write it down.

Then answer:

What result do I want?

What actions would naturally support that result?

Which of those actions am I already taking?

Which action am I avoiding?

Is the resistance coming from unfamiliarity, fear, lack of information, or genuine misalignment?

What is the smallest useful action I can take now?

Do I need expert guidance before taking it?

How will I review whether the action is actually helping?

This last question matters.

Aligned action is not blindly repeating something because it sounds spiritual, healthy, productive, or disciplined.

You take the action, observe the result, and adjust.

Embodiment becomes visible

Beliefs and emotions are important.

But very often, action is also required.

Taking action is how an internal change begins to become visible in the life around you.

It is how you care for the body carrying your dream.

It is how you create evidence for a new belief.

It is how you show yourself that what you desire is worth supporting.

The right action does not always need to be harder.

It needs to be more intentional.

And sometimes one precise, supportive action can move you further than months of trying to feel completely ready.
<div class="subscription-widget-wrap-editor" want.

In the spiritual world, there is a lot of conversation about changing your beliefs, choosing new beliefs, and shifting your emotions.

But there is often less conversation about action.

Instead, we hear about embodiment but embodiment is not only a feeling or a state you reach internally. It is also expressed through what you do.

Actions are important because, at some point, you need to do something that supports what you desire.

A new belief becomes more real when your choices begin to reflect it.

Why action matters when changing a belief

You can repeat that you are safe, confident, worthy, supported, or capable.

But if your actions continue to communicate the opposite, the old belief may remain stronger.

Action gives you new evidence.

It shows you:

I can respond differently.
I can survive something new.
I can trust myself here.
This does not have to happen the way it always has.

This is one reason action can help create a new belief more quickly. It also helps support and embody the belief you are already working on.

You are no longer only telling yourself something new.

You are beginning to live as though it may be true.

Resistance does not always mean “stop”

Generally, the right action should not feel impossible.

But there can still be resistance, especially when the action is unfamiliar or moves you beyond your comfort zone.

The ego self often prefers what it already knows, even when what it knows is no longer helping you.

Its priority is usually familiarity and protection, not necessarily learning, growth, or change.

When I work with clients, I pay attention to how much resistance is attached to an action. This helps me understand whether the ego may interfere with the work or with the result the person desires.

The goal is not to force yourself through every resistance.

Resistance can also be information. It may show you that the action is too large, too fast, poorly timed, or not actually right for you.

But resistance alone does not always mean the action is wrong.

Sometimes it means:

This is new, and I do not yet know whether it is safe.

Your actions are always reinforcing something

Imagine that you are working on new beliefs about feeling safe and confident with money.

Your actions should begin to support those beliefs.

That might mean looking at your finances instead of avoiding them, asking a question you were embarrassed to ask, setting a boundary around spending, applying for an opportunity, or allowing yourself to receive support.

If you repeatedly hesitate because you believe you are unable, incapable, or unsafe, that hesitation can reinforce the old program:

I cannot handle this.
I am not ready.
It is safer not to try.

The same applies to your relationship with your body.

You may be working on feeling confident in your body, but still refuse to wear what you like because you are afraid of what other people will think.

You may say that you are practising self-love, while continuing to allow people to treat you in ways you do not want to be treated.

The belief and the action are moving in different directions.

This does not mean your inner work is false.

It means the new belief may need support from a new choice.

Why Hard Work Isn’t Always Paying Off

Embodiment is not perfection

Embodiment does not mean that you never hesitate.

It does not mean that you suddenly become fearless, perfectly confident, or completely free from old reactions.

It means that, little by little, your behaviour begins to reflect the person you are becoming.

You may still feel uncomfortable and choose differently.

You may still hear the old belief and decide not to obey it.

You may still feel afraid and take one safe, manageable step.

That is also embodiment.

You are not too much

Start with actions that feel small enough to repeat

This is where consistency becomes important.

Taking action does not always need to be hard, dramatic, or exhausting.

There are easier and more enjoyable ways to support a new belief or begin letting go of an old one.

For example, you might:

Give yourself one sincere compliment out loud.

Explain to yourself why you handled something well.

Celebrate one thing you did each day.

Wear something you like in a place where you feel safe.

Accept a compliment without rejecting it.

Ask for a small amount of help.

Say no once without giving a long explanation.

Look at your finances for five calm minutes instead of avoiding them.

Take one step toward something before you feel completely ready.

When I first began doing some of these things, they felt very awkward.

But they helped.

The action did not need to feel natural immediately. It only needed to be small enough that I could repeat it and gradually show myself:

This is safe.
I am capable of this.
This can even be enjoyable.

Give the new behaviour time

A new action does not become automatic after one attempt.

Building a habit takes time, and there is no single number of days that applies to everyone. The person, behaviour, context, and difficulty of the action all matter.

So rather than asking:

How quickly can I become a different person?

Try asking:

What is one action I can repeat kindly enough that it starts to feel like part of me?

Missing a day does not erase the work.

Feeling awkward does not mean it is failing.

Progress is often quieter than that.

It may look like less hesitation, a faster recovery, a clearer boundary, or one moment in which you choose differently than you did before.

A simple practice

Choose one belief you are working on.

Write it down:

I am learning to believe that __________.

Then ask:

What action would support this belief?

What action is currently contradicting it?

What is the smallest version of the new action I could take?

What resistance appears when I imagine taking it?

Does that resistance mean the action is wrong, or simply unfamiliar?

How could I make the action feel safer, easier, or more enjoyable?

Choose one step.

Not the most impressive step.

Not the step that proves the most.

Choose the step you can take without abandoning yourself.

Kindness is part of the action

In the long run, being kind to yourself is the key.

You do not need to frighten, shame, or punish yourself into becoming someone new.

You are not trying to create another rule that says you must always take the perfect action.

You are building trust with yourself.

A new belief becomes stronger each time your actions quietly show:

I mean what I say to myself.
I am willing to support the life I desire.
I can grow without turning against myself.

One step at a time is still action.

And action, repeated with kindness, becomes embodiment.

New to Intuitive Healing? But instead of immediately thinking, My lower back is failing me again, can we make a small change?

Can we consider that maybe, and only maybe, your lower back is telling you something?

Whispering a long-held secret. A story you have been telling yourself for a day, a week, months, or years.

Who knows for how long?

Wait a moment. I know the answer.

Your body knows when it started.

Your body can be one of your most honest teachers. In every moment, it can show you where you are in relation to your desires. It can help you notice the emotions, beliefs, and thoughts you may still be holding, and the patterns that may be blocking or postponing what you want.

Tension, pain, and numbness can feel different because they may be asking us to notice different things.

In intuitive healing traditions, different areas of the body are sometimes understood symbolically. The lower back is often connected with support, safety, survival, and money. The middle back may bring up guilt or shame.

This does not mean that emotions are the only cause of pain, or that every pain has one fixed meaning. Pain is complex.

But the body can still become a doorway into a deeper question:

What have I been carrying here?

I am speaking as someone who has experienced a herniated disc, sciatica, and sacroiliac joint pain.

Our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs can influence how we hold stress, how safe or pressured we feel, and how we move through the world. They are not the whole story, but they can be part of it.

So when lower-back pain appears, I sometimes ask:

Have I settled for less?

Do I believe I cannot have the financial abundance I desire?

Do I feel that someone or something is standing in the way?

Am I worrying about money, responsibility, or making the wrong choice?

This does not mean that every lower-back problem is about money.

But money can carry so much more than money.

It can carry survival, safety, freedom, responsibility, self-worth, and the fear of losing what we have.

Worry can begin quietly. A little tension. A little holding. Until the body feels as if it is carrying the entire conversation.

What if the pain or tension is inviting you to look at the thoughts and beliefs you repeat, and the emotions you have not yet allowed yourself to release?

Not to blame yourself.

Not to tell yourself that you created your pain by thinking incorrectly.

But to notice what may be asking to change.

What I have seen while working with clients is that even people living in financial abundance can experience lower-back pain.

Sometimes the fear is not about having too little.

Sometimes it appears when they are ready to level up their business, but more money feels equal to more responsibility.

What if I make the wrong choice?

What if I do not take the right action?

Who can I trust?

Can I hold what I am asking for?

I personally believed that criticizing myself was necessary to succeed and to develop my gift. Feeling confident was not part of the equation.

Then my herniated disc appeared, and I could no longer ignore the beliefs, programs, and behaviors I needed to let go of.

What if that pain or tension is fighting so hard just to tell you:

YOU ARE MORE POWERFUL THAN YOU THINK.

You can do this.

Do not let go of your dreams.

You deserve what you desire.

Worry does not mean you are weak. Sometimes it simply reveals the place where you do not yet believe in your power—or in your ability to hold what you are asking for.

So pause for a moment.

What was happening in your life when your lower back first began to speak?

And what might change if more money did not mean more pressure, but more support?

When your lower back speaks, what is happening around money, responsibility, or support? I would love to hear what you notice.

Thanks for reading Intuitive Healing! conditioning....

You have probably heard the phrase, "The problem is not the problem; it is something else." This is true, but often misunderstood.

Typically, when a problem surfaces, especially in spiritual or self-help circles, the advice is to go for a walk, meditate, or engage in an activity to stop thinking about it. We can do much better than that. We need to identify the source.

Because let me tell you, it’s entirely possible to look at your life, at the unexpected financial payments, the difficult relationship issues, and believe you are failing in that specific area. You might think you are simply bad with finances, or not good enough at controlling unpredictable situations.

In reality, you might actually be very competent and high-potential in that exact aspect of your life.

The real problem resides somewhere else entirely, whether you are currently conscious of it or not. It hides in a part of your life that you don't care enough about, or don't want to look at. A part you have been ignoring. Yet, if you identify and work on that hidden area, it will help unlock everything you desire.

Here is what that looks like in practice:

It could be taking that bold action in your career that you feel unprepared for.

It could be working on specific beliefs that keep you trapped in the same patterns for years.

It could be changing a foundational pattern, such as learning to put yourself first.

We generally think of eight key areas in our lives, with many subcategories. When invisible obstacles appear, the loudest challenges almost always stem from the part of your life you care about most in this exact moment. Why? Because your Higher Self wants you to notice them in order to take action. This is the divine feedback loop.

Where you notice the problem is almost never where the problem is coming from.

Why is this happening? Because of our Ego. The Ego's primary function is to keep us safe. But "safe" does not mean "growing." The Ego resists expansion, exactly what your Soul and Higher Self are about.

The Ego loves to keep you in a comfort zone (and sometimes, "overwhelmed" is a comfort zone). It commonly signals things like:

"That is not important to do or think about."

"That feels scary, so don't do it."

"You are already good at this, no need to level up. We are fine."

A Personal Example

I experienced this in my own career. I did not want to take necessary actions because it felt deeply uncomfortable and scary. My Ego successfully kept me stuck in that comfort zone. Yet, my visible obstacles, the ones that became very loud and triggering, manifested not in my career, but in my social life.

Working on my core beliefs and taking decisive actions in my career ultimately helped transform my social life without me needing to address the social area directly (which, ironically, I already considered good enough). The hidden obstacle was simply finding a loud enough outlet to get my attention.

Let’s Start a Conversation

What are the loud, persistent triggers you are currently facing? Looking past the immediate distraction, what other area of your life might they be protecting? What is the one action you’ve been avoiding that might be the true key?

I would love to hear your thoughts in the comments.

Wired for Intuition: The Fiber Optics of the Human Mind

Your cells are constantly reading light to navigate the world. intuitive?

Some people notice the change in a room before anyone says a word.

They recognise patterns quickly, feel the emotional tone beneath a conversation, or sense that something is changing before they can explain what they have observed.

We often call this intuition.

But intuition does not need to be treated as either supernatural certainty or meaningless imagination. It may include sensitivity, memory, pattern recognition, embodied awareness, and the mind’s ability to process more information than conscious thought can immediately name.

Why some people notice more subtle information.

The brain is divided into conscious and unconscious parts. For anyone who believes their mind is pulling them away from their deepest desires, I feel called to tell you this: your subconscious is actually here to help you get exactly what you want. In fact, you have been subconsciously using your intuition since childhood.

So now that we recognize we’ve been relying on it for so long, what actually is intuition?

Our Energetic Birthright

Intuition is a powerful birthright. Everyone has it, it is as natural to us as swimming is to a fish. When we tap into our intuition, what we are actually doing is reading light, an energy that carries and transports information.

Our bodies read light. Our cells read light. Our subconscious brain reads light. To use intuition intentionally is simply to take a subconscious process and make it conscious.

You might wonder what I mean by "light." A stream of photons?

Think back to when utility cables were just copper wires. When the world transitioned to fiber optics, we suddenly gained access to vastly more channels and data. Why? Because engineers started using light to carry signals instead of standard electrical impulses. Knowing that light carries information makes the concept of intuition much more tangible in our modern world.

The Science of Decoding Light

The scientific facts are simple:

Light carries information.

Everything in the universe is made of light.

The physical manifestation of this light is photons.

Our bodies naturally know how to decode this light. By practicing intuition, we are taking something we already do automatically without thinking, and bringing it into our conscious awareness. We are waking up to a process that has been running in the background all along.

Intuition is the act of reading fields and decoding the information within light. Your cells can do it, your subconscious mind definitely does it, and your conscious brain can learn to do it, just like the conscious mind can learn biofeedback to slow down your heart rate.

We are bringing the automatic into the conscious. This is a capability we all share. We all know how to read the light and read the fields because it is how we are fundamentally constructed. This is what our bodies have done since the beginning of time. Everything has a field, and everything has light.

Tapping Into the Free Power

So, if everything is made of light, if fiber-optic cables use light to carry information, and if every cell in your body is reading light and following its direction all day and night... why not bring this subconscious process into your conscious daily life?

Why not allow yourself to be belief about ourselves. They appear when we settle for less, when we think we can't make it, that what we desire is for others, not for us.

The Law of Reflection is one of my cardinal universal laws. It helps us remember how powerful we are, and that how we think, what we believe, and how we act matters in achieving our desires. Reflections are remarkably specific: they tell the story we've been entertaining and proving through our behavior, our embodiment.

On a cloudy day, I burned the left side of my upper back (only that part) and the left side of my forehead, but strictly near my hairline. If it hadn't been so painful, I wouldn't have even noticed it. (And yes, I had my Korean sunscreen on.)

Today I'm feeling generous, so I'll share the decoding of these two reflections with you.

Burning the left side of my upper shoulder represented my belief that a specific person I care deeply about and respect wasn't helping me in a particular area of my career and that I couldn't make it without their help. Emotionally, it felt like there was so much to do in my career that I couldn't handle it all, so I was never going to make it. I wasn't even aware that I was holding back 86% of my anger.

Struggle, receiving, and emotional safety.

Releasing anger from your body is so important for your well-being. Storing anger can affect you on so many levels and cause so many sicknesses in your body.

Burning the left side of my head near my hairline and the fact that it was painful was me punishing myself. You might wonder: how could I punish myself on a beautiful beach?

By doing something we unconsciously tend to do because of our old programming: thinking and worrying about work all the time in order to succeed. The decoding revealed that I was beating myself up for work I hadn't done, or what I should do, implement, or do differently in a specific area of my career instead of relaxing and enjoying a cloudy day on the beach. The punishment was, in fact, taking away my joy. Robbing myself of being present in the moment.

Had I been taking away my joy in my career? Not enjoying the process and journey, and instead thinking about what to fix, correct, or do differently or more? Yes. That was a big lesson: to be present in the moment, to be completely able to enjoy this process.

But we have these old programs, so deeply rooted, making us feel less valuable and special. They make us think we constantly need to figure out what to fix, what to change, what to implement, and compare ourselves to others. Unfortunately, that can become our comfort zone thinking that relaxing and enjoying what we're doing is less valuable than hard work.

Well, let's start with the idea that we don't fix things; we level up. Because the idea that we need to fix something is connected to the belief that something is wrong with us or our work, and we need to change it, make it…

Of course, I do much longer decodings and readings, but this was just a short version of it.

Why Hard Work Isn't Always Paying Off

When effort around you and still feel that the result never quite matches the effort.

Sometimes the explanation is practical: timing, opportunity, strategy, resources, or circumstances.

But sometimes hard work has also become emotionally loaded. It is no longer only what you do. It is how you prove that you deserve the outcome.

When effort becomes tied to worth, rest can feel dangerous, support can feel undeserved, and receiving can feel less trustworthy than struggling.

Your jealousy and frustration aren't the problem. They're the message.

Why more effort is not always the missing answer.

You're probably a talented, hard-working person, but you can't figure out why you're not getting the job you want. Why your boss isn't paying attention to your work. Why the bonus never comes, no matter how much effort you keep pouring in.

And all the while, you're watching people with half your talent and half your work ethic land the exact thing you've been dreaming of for so long.

You want to know what's been stopping you. Or maybe you've quietly settled for less, and let emotions like jealousy and frustration take the wheel, and you just can't seem to shake them.

Here's the thing. Those emotions are actually helping you. They're communicating with you. All day long, they're pointing right at where the real problem stems from.

With all that focus on action, there may be some beliefs and habits quietly working against you, and against what you want.

Think of it this way. You've been working so much, doing things you feel almost tortured to do, and yet you keep doing them.

So let me ask you something. Maybe, underneath it all, you believe:

→ That no one could possibly do what you do, so you have to micromanage everything.
→ That no one's going to help you, because people are mean, or not competent.
→ That you're constantly not enough, so you constantly have to prove your value, your worth, that you deserve something. That need for external validation that never quite gets filled.
→ That there's always so much to do, so you can never take a break.
→ That you simply never get what you want.
→ That earning a certain amount of money requires an immense amount of work.
→ That you need to sleep at the office to succeed.
→ That receiving money is hard.
→ That you don't have the right to earn more than a certain amount, because if you did, you wouldn't be in a state of gratitude, you'd be selfish.

To manifest something, we need both parts. The physical component and the energetic one. And I've seen so many people focus on only one side of the coin.

Here's something else I've noticed. There used to be a school of thought focused only on the allowing state, the energetic side of things. Now the pendulum has swung the other way, and people are so focused on their actions. It's like there's this urgency to do, to keep taking action, to compensate for all the energetic work that was never done. We forget to tend to the beliefs, the habits, the thoughts that are quietly sabotaging us.

We forget to ask what energy we're actually working from.

Are we taking action from a state of fear? From urgency? From uncertainty in ourselves and in our income? Do we feel joy while we're doing the thing, or are we constantly criticizing ourselves about what we should have done, or what we should already know, or how someone else did it better?

I've seen so many hard-working people spend their whole day working simply because it's all they know. It's their comfort zone. And as strange as it sounds, their human self finds softness only in the hard work.

I'm not against work. And I'm not only about taking inspired action either. I know the soul has so many plans for us, and that we're meant to keep growing. But we have to take the energetic part into account too. We can feel, intuitively, whether what we're doing is helping us or working against us. Because we can fall into the habit of taking actions that quietly work against us.

So what's actually going to help you get that promotion? Is it one more physical action? Or is it deeper work on your self-love and your belief system?

If you're someone who struggles to see your own value, and you spend so much of your time working and proving yourself to others, let me ask you this.

Do you think Chanel's latest Cruise collection had to earn the right to its price? Or are the materials, the designs, the craftsmanship, the color combinations, the ideas on how to bring it all together, simply worthy, from the first concept to the final execution?

You are always in power. Even when your subconscious is telling you this is the best way, you're doing it right, keep going exactly like this. You have your intuition. You can connect to Source, to your Higher Self, and find out what you actually need to do, or what's really blocking you. Is it an action you've been avoiding? Or is it an old program running quietly underneath?

And sometimes, when the action you need to take feels impossible, you can always have a conversation with your human self, and make things a asked.

To explain less. Feel less visibly. Need less openly. Take up less emotional space.

Over time, this can become a private conclusion: I am too much.

But “too much” is rarely an objective measurement. Often, it is what sensitivity feels like in an environment that does not know how or does not want to meet it.

Why becoming smaller can feel safer.

You meditate. You journal. You drink your matcha, do your Pilates, light your candles, and try to raise your vibration every single day.

And yet… something still feels off.

You can’t quite name it. But there is this whisper inside telling you that you’re playing small even when, from the outside, everything looks beautifully aligned.

Let me tell you what I think is really happening.

The Phrases That Built the Cage

We grew up hearing things like:

→ “You’re only valuable if you become a doctor, a lawyer, or an engineer that’s how you help people and make over $200K a year.”

→ “After your 20s, you’re older. Older means less attractive. Less attractive means less valuable.”

→ “You can’t be a great mom AND a successful businesswoman. Pick one.”

→ “You need a high IQ to make it.”

→ “You’re too much. Be more normal.”

We heard these phrases when we were too young to question them.

And they are still running the show today.

Maybe they came from our parents but our parents were only repeating what they were taught. They were acting from fear, doing their best to protect us with the tools they had. They wanted a better life for us and truly believed this was the way to get there.

But here’s the truth:

Those beliefs were never yours. Your human self never signed that contract.

You Are More Powerful Than the Program Allows

That heaviness you feel?

That blocked, limited, powerless sensation?

It is not because you are those things.

It is because something deeper inside you is fighting against the cage.

Your real self is whispering sometimes screaming:

“There is so much more for me out there.”

And she is right.

My Own Confession

For years, I believed that making myself smaller would keep me safe.

Shrinking became my comfort zone.

I had no idea what that constant hesitation was doing to my conscious and subconscious mind until I caught myself in loops like:

→ “I can’t do this.”

→ “I’m not ready yet.”

→ “Others do it better than me.”

→ “I’m in my 30s now too old to start showing up on camera.”

→ “I don’t deserve this.”

These tiny thoughts postponed my career.

They postponed my dreams.

They postponed me.

The Reframe That Changes Everything

Here is what I want you to take with you today:

If a thought makes you feel small, it isn’t the truth.

If you feel like you’re not where you’re meant to be, that is not a sign something is wrong with you.

It is a sign that an old program is still running, one that wants you to keep playing the short game.

The victim game.

The stay safe and stay stuck game.

You do not have to keep running it.

At the End of the Day, This Is a Decision

A decision to question the voice that says you’re too much, too old, too late, or too ordinary.

A decision to trust the bigger version of you that has been knocking on the door for years.

A decision to stop shrinking for good.

💬 Tell me in the comments: What is one belief you’re ready to leave behind today?

I read every single one.

And sometimes, just naming the lie out loud is the first crack in the cage.

If this resonated, restack it for the woman in your life who needs to read it today.

The Law of Both: Why Doing Everything Alone Can Feel Safer

You can be capable and supported, resourceful, and difficult to disappoint because you have learned not to expect very much from anyone else.

But hyper-independence is not always freedom. Sometimes it is the safest arrangement a person could create after support became unreliable, conditional, intrusive, or disappointing.

The answer is not to become helpless. It is to make room for both: capability and support, autonomy and connection, self-trust and receiving.

The "No One Is Coming" Fatigue

How many times have you heard the sentence: "Nobody will come to save you; you have to do it on your own"?

Depending on the day, that sentence might trigger a deep exhaustion, a spark of defiant pride, or a heavy sense of unfairness as you compare your journey to others. In 2026, we are moving past the era of "grind-culture spirituality". The truth is more nuanced, and much more supportive.

The Law of Both: You Are Never Alone in the Work

Everything you feel about that sentence is true simultaneously. This is the Universal Law of Both.

While your Source, Higher Self, and Guides are perpetually present and supporting you, there is a specific frequency that only you have the power to tune. Your guides can provide the map, but you are the one holding the compass.

To shift your reality, three things must align:

1.	Your Energy: The frequency you broadcast to the collective.

2.	Your Focus: Where you choose to plant your attention.

3.	Your Actions: The physical anchor for your spiritual beliefs.

Human Desires vs. Soul Architecture

We often confuse our "Human Wants" with our "Soul Needs."

• The Human Self wants the money.

• The Soul seeks the frequency of freedom, safety, and value.

If you believe abundance is always flowing, you must embody the nervous system of someone who is already secure. This isn’t just "faking it until you make it", it is embodiment. It is becoming the person who already has what you desire, without being desperately attached to the outcome.

The Practice: Flip the Trigger

Next time you feel a "trigger" regarding your goals or finances, don't ask, "How would I react to this if I had all the money I need?"

Instead, ask:

"How would I react right now if I felt completely free, valued, and safe?"

Often, we let inherited subconscious programs and old "soul lessons" lead our decision-making. By shifting to the soul’s perspective, you begin to rewrite those programs in real-time. You aren't just "doing it on your own"; you are co-creating with the version of yourself that is already whole.

Recommended practice

Practise receiving something small

Choose one low-risk form of support:

Accept a genuine compliment without minimizing it.

Allow someone to complete a task without correcting them.

Ask for one specific, manageable form of help.

Let a person offer care without immediately repaying it.

Notice the emotion that appears when you do not remain in control.

Then ask:

What did receiving seem to threaten?
